John, Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new Marco 570 Striker, and with Anchorage Marine. As the family had grown it was time to upgrade and I'd been looking at Quintrex, Fyran, Ramco and Haines Hunter boats at other dealers before checking the deals on the Anchorage Marine web site. I was happy to find you had a great range of boats, with detailed specs and better prices for the same Ramco packages I'd priced from various Auckland dealers. When visiting and seeing the Marco range in your yard I also discovered that Marco boats had all the nice features of the Ramco range, and some more, but at lower prices. You helped us choose the right model, which was a bit bigger than I'd originally had in mind, but due to your competitive pricing still within our budget. The Marco 570 Striker with the 115HP Mercury has outperformed our expectations in every way, whether getting the kids up on ski's, going fishing offshore, getting everyone to a picnic, diving, or getting home in rough weather. And a key part of out boating enjoyment has been the excellent service from Anchorage Marine Team. From delivery with the boat pack, ski pole, bait board, squab bins, depth sounder, canopy, radio; your pick up & drop off from our home to get the motor serviced and trailer warrant renewed; and your support in correcting the inevitable little "running in" problems have all really helped us enjoy our new boat. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a boat to check out the range at Anchorage Marine, and to know that John, Haydon, Allan and Ken can put together the package and deliver the support you need to get the most out of your boat. Well, after many years of second hand boats, we finally decided to buy a new boat me and my wife. We spent months looking at boats, as with any thing price is a major factor. We finally found the boat we wanted - a Marco 620 Striker at Anchorage Marine. This was a bit more expensive than what we had planned but was made possible with the great trade in price John gave me on my boat. John and his team have delivered a first class service and would recommend any one considering buying a boat to see John first. Thank you John and Haydon for delivering a first class boat.
